This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Beauteny processes, dispatches and delivers customer orders.
Beauteny is operated by PARAGON GROUP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ and delivers to customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and selected international destinations, including Kazakhstan.
Fulfilment Model
Products are sourced and fulfilled through European supplier and logistics channels. Orders are processed after order confirmation and successful payment. Products are dispatched from Europe, subject to product availability, payment confirmation, courier coverage and destination requirements.
Beauteny does not operate as a marketplace and does not process payments on behalf of third-party merchants.

- European Union countries where delivery is available at checkout.
- United Kingdom.
- Kazakhstan.
- Selected international destinations that may be shown at checkout from time to time.
We may refuse or cancel an order if delivery to the destination is not available, legally restricted, commercially impractical or not supported by our logistics channels.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed for guidance only and may vary depending on product availability, courier workload, destination country, customs processing and local delivery conditions.
- European Union: usually approximately 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom: usually approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch.
- Kazakhstan: usually approximately 7-15 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and processed after successful payment. If any product is unavailable, restricted for the destination or affected by a delivery issue, we may contact the customer to offer an alternative, partial shipment, delay notification or cancellation with refund where appropriate.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided where available from the courier or logistics partner. If tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details by email after dispatch.
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
For orders delivered outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Kazakhstan, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are normally the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs processing may delay delivery. Beauteny is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, import procedures or local authority decisions.
Delivery Restrictions
Some products may be unavailable for certain destinations due to courier limitations, local import rules, product type, size, weight or regulatory restrictions. If a product cannot be delivered to the selected destination, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout. If a parcel is delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, customers should contact us at info@beauteny.net as soon as possible and provide the order number, photos of the parcel, photos of the damaged product and any delivery documentation.
