International Orders Policy


This International Orders Policy applies to orders delivered outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Kazakhstan and any other selected international destination available at checkout.

Availability

International delivery is subject to product availability, courier coverage, destination country requirements, local import rules and any applicable restrictions. Not all products may be available for all destinations.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are permitted for import and personal use in their destination country. Beauteny may cancel orders where delivery appears restricted, unsupported or legally uncertain.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or local taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities and are normally the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs Delays

Customs clearance, local inspections or documentation requests may delay delivery. Beauteny is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import procedures, local delivery providers or customer failure to provide required information.

Refused or Returned International Parcels

If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect delivery details or failure to complete customs procedures, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, handling fees, courier charges or other costs incurred, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Product Restrictions

Some beauty products or tools may be restricted for certain destinations due to local rules or courier limitations. If we identify a restriction after payment, we may contact the customer, cancel the affected product or issue a refund.

Returns from International Destinations

International returns must be requested through info@beauteny.net before any product is sent back. Customers should follow the return instructions provided by Beauteny. Unless the product is faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility.
