Returns & Refunds Policy


This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how customers may request a return, refund or replacement for eligible products purchased from Beauteny.

Because Beauteny sells skincare, cosmetics, haircare products, beauty tools and personal care products, return eligibility is subject to hygiene, safety and product integrity requirements.

Return Request Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. To start a return request, email info@beauteny.net with your order number, full name, product details and reason for return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, products must be:

  • Unused.
  • Unopened.
  • Undamaged.
  • In their original sealed packaging.
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, protective seals, labels and packaging where applicable.

Opened, used, unsealed, damaged, tampered or incomplete products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied.

Hygiene and Safety Restrictions

For hygiene, health protection, safety and product integrity reasons, skincare, cosmetics, haircare products and beauty tools are not eligible for return after opening, use or removal of seals, unless the product is faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us at info@beauteny.net as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product, packaging and delivery parcel.

We may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund or another appropriate solution depending on the situation and applicable consumer rights.

Return Instructions

Customers must contact Beauteny before sending any product back. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Products returned without prior confirmation may be delayed or may not be accepted if they cannot be identified.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery fees and additional paid delivery options may not be refundable except where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, card issuer or bank.

Where applicable, Beauteny may wait until the returned goods are received or until the customer provides valid proof of return shipment before issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used or unsealed skincare, cosmetic, haircare or personal care products.
  • Products with removed or broken hygiene seals.
  • Products damaged by misuse, improper storage or unauthorised handling.
  • Products returned incomplete or without original packaging where packaging is required for product integrity.
  • Gift cards or digital items if ever offered, unless required by law.
